Description
What remains when reality wavers? %C9CLIPSE poses this question with a striking economy of means. On stage, Léo Rousselet, a circus artist trained at the L’École de Cirque de Toulouse,Lido de Toulouse, needs nothing more than a white ball, a hanging lamp, a candlestick, a few matches, and a chair to create a world where anything seems possible.
Juggling, illusion, and object manipulation intertwine in a fascinating performance: the blackouts make the ball appear frozen, floating, or vanished, while the music of an old tango envelops the whole scene in a unique atmosphere. Water, a candle, and even an animated toaster add a dimension that is both absurd and touching.
Produced by the Cirque des Petites Natures, %C9CLIPSE has been acclaimed throughout France. Tonight, the magic comes to life at the Jeanne-Oulène Hall in Mèze.
This show is not recommended for people with epilepsy or those sensitive to strobe lights.
