Description

Photographs on canvas. Through his photographs, Yves Bousquet tells the stories of these often enclosed, inaccessible spaces, where the occupants have left their mark. Nature leaves its trace there and imposes its own rules. During his regional excursions, his gaze lingers on the unusual: materials, textures, and elements—earth, stone, rust, water, wood—become landscapes, ephemeral works of art, or invitations to the imagination. Each photograph reveals a detail, a texture, or a form that is often overlooked. Opening reception on Wednesday, September 2, at 6:30 p.m.
