Description
As part of the national Pink October campaign, the City of Sète, the CCAS of Sète, and the Local Health Contract of Sète invite you on Saturday, October 3, 2026, to a day dedicated to raising awareness about breast cancer screening. A friendly walk, wellness workshops, a flash mob, a musical performance, and community organization booths—a festive and meaningful day for everyone, in the streets and squares of Sète.
The Pink Walk—starts at 9 a.m. from the train station plaza
Join the Pink Walk starting at 9 a.m. on the plaza in front of the Sète train station. The Pe%F1a Bella Ciao will accompany you along the entire route to Place L%E9on-Blum, with a stop at Place Victor-Hugo for a warm-up. A colorful moment of togetherness and solidarity, as we spread the message of prevention together.
Flashmob and wellness workshops at Place Léon-Blum
When you arrive at Place Léon-Blum around 10 a.m., join the flashmob led by Jessica. From 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., enjoy free mini-workshops on sophrology, nutrition, chair yoga, and massage. From 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., let yourself be swept away by Sabrina Seixas’s musical performance.
Activities and booths from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Place Léon-Blum
Make your own smoothies using the on-site “smoothie bike.” Watch a self-examination demonstration by a midwife using a mannequin. Buy goodies from students at Charles De Gaulle High School to benefit the ICM. And visit the many booths set up by local organizations—music therapy, pharmacies, Sète Hospital, Sainte-Thérèse Clinic, CPTS, the Kiné du Sein Network, L’ASSOS de Thau, and many others.
