Notre Dame de Paris, the masterpiece of French musical theater. Notre Dame de Paris is one of the most iconic French musicals, adapted from Victor Hugo’s novel, with lyrics by Luc Plamondon and music by Richard Cocciante. Belle, Quasimodo, Esmeralda, Frollo—unforgettable characters and songs etched into the collective memory of several generations. The troupe Les 100 000 Étoiles takes on this landmark musical in a production directed by James Amara-Ouali. Singing, dancing, costumes, and emotion come together for a popular and accessible evening of entertainment, organized by volunteers from the Balaruc-les-Bains Festival Committee.
