OCTOBRE ROSE POUSSAN

Throughout the month of October 2026, Poussan is rallying behind the 33rd Pink October campaign, which aims to inform, raise awareness, and support the fight against cancer. The city, its organizations, local businesses, and residents are joining forces with healthcare providers to offer a variety of events throughout the month. A Month in the Colors of Solidarity You’ll find events organized by local organizations, businesses, and healthcare providers. The detailed program is published by the City of Poussan. Saturday, October 10: Sports and Solidarity Day with La Vène Handball At the municipal gym, the club welcomes you starting at 9 a.m. for a big day to benefit the fight against breast cancer. You’ll start with a free Handfit introductory session (9:00–10:00 a.m.), then watch the club’s teams play matches throughout the day. Live music, performances by the KDance dance group, a refreshment stand, and a food truck round out the program. A pop-up shop will be selling “Pink October” T-shirts and socks, with proceeds going to a charity, and a donation box will be available to collect your contributions for breast cancer research. Admission is free.
