As part of the national "Turquoise September" campaign, the Montpellier Cancer Institute (ICM), in collaboration with the City of Sète and the Thau Basin CPTS, invites you to an awareness event on gynecopelvic cancers on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at 3 Rue Salvador Allende in Sète. Screening, HPV vaccination, warning signs, advances in treatment, a patient’s testimony, and a roundtable discussion on coordinating the care pathway in the Thau Basin? An evening of information and discussion open to everyone. An evening of information and prevention Gynecological cancers—including ovarian, cervical, endometrial, vaginal, and vulvar cancers—affect thousands of women every year in France. Their symptoms, which are often subtle and easily mistaken for everyday ailments, deserve to be better understood to promote early detection. This evening offers you the opportunity to learn more, talk with healthcare professionals, and hear a patient’s testimony.
