Description
Would you dare to venture alone into the old salt pans at night?
Loss of bearings, limited field of vision, amplified noises - darkness quickly overwhelms all our senses. You find yourself confronted by a real sense of isolation and bewilderment.
The EID-Med guide, a specialist in the area, will enlighten you and accompany you on your discovery. Learn to orient yourself using the constellations and understand the seasonal arrangement of the stars. Guided by the surrounding lights, you'll be able to spot the different landscapes and make your way through the grasses in the footsteps of the ancient salt workers.
Between dog and wolf, you'll make out the ghostly figures of birds on the pond. At dusk, listen out for the sounds of wildlife still active in the old salt pans.
