A brand new built-in kitchen with combined fridge/freezer, electric hob with hood, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
A terrace 6m2 with beautiful view of the sea protected by a blind, garden table and a Chilean. A bedroom with a new double bed (2024) and closet.
An independent cabin with 2 bunk beds. A bathroom, separate wc.

Access to the parking of the residence, places not nominative and not guaranteed.

Additional charges: Tourist tax/electricity during heating periods
Optional services to be paid for on-site:
* Sale of disposable linen kit from 12 € per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases).
* Rental of towels at the price of 6 € per person (1 large and 1 small).
* end of stay cleaning package from 60 €.

Deposit not collected and returned at departure: 80 € for the beep that gives access to the air parking, non-private spaces
