-equipped kitchen corner (combined chiller/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven..) with window
- double terrace in front of the sea trés well equipped (table and chairs, garden furniture, sunbeds) offering a panoramic view on the sea
- bedroom with double bed (140) closet with access to the terrace
- separate cabin with two bunk beds (90) and window
-bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet.

Rented apartment with private box in the basement of the residence directly accessible by elevator.

Charges not included: Tourist tax
Optional services to be paid for on-site:
* Sale of disposable linen kit from 12 € per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases).
* Rental of towels at the price of 6 € per person (1 large and 1 small).
* final cleaning package from 60 €.
Deposit not collected and returned 3 weeks after departure: 500 €
