This air-conditioned, two-room apartment sleeps six people and is located on the first floor (no lift). It comprises:

- A living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a television and air conditioning.
A fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, an induction hob, a fan-assisted oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). A second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).
A shower room with a large walk-in shower and a separate WC.
There is a double terrace with garden furniture and views over the garden, with direct access to Lazaret Beach via the residence.
The flat is rented with a private parking space in the residence. Pets are not allowed in this rental.

Additional charges: Tourist tax and electricity during the heating season.
Optional services to be paid for on site:
- Sale of disposable bed linen kits from €12 per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases).
- Towel hire from €6 per person (1 large towel and 1 small towel).
Final cleaning from €90.
The deposit will not be cashed and will be returned three weeks after departure. €500.
