The apartment has a terrace and air conditioning. It comprises a living room with a television and a sofa, a fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen with an oven, microwave, induction hob, American fridge and dishwasher, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (160 cm) and a small private terrace overlooking the Etang de Thau, and the other has two bunk beds (90 cm). There is also a bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet with a washing machine.
Secure private parking is available in the basement of the residence.
