Village house in the heart of Bouzigues, boasting a courtyard, an outbuilding, and the perfect mixture of old-fashioned and modern charm. The ground floor includes a living/dining room with fireplace, and a kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, stove, range hood, oven, and microwave). These rooms open onto a private courtyard, hidden from view and offering space to lounge in the sun, or to enjoy meals in the shade. Plancha available for outdoor grilling. The upstairs features one full bathroom and three bedrooms: two rooms with a double bed each, and one large room (30 square meters) with a double bed and its own shower and sink. The outbuilding is located across the courtyard and features a spacious living room with sofa and TV, as well as a bedroom with two single beds, shower, and sink. The garage includes a toilet and washing.

While the heating period a supplement will be requested for your consumption during your stay. On meter readings and will be payable at the end of your stay.
