An unusual house located directly on the edge of the Thau Lagoon, between the town's outlet and the shellfish farms, in a very peaceful and natural setting.
Access is via a path leading to a narrow but passable road, as the house is situated very close to the water, which enhances its unique character. To reach the house, you climb a rather steep staircase, but the effort is well worth it, as it leads to a beautiful terrace offering an unobstructed view of the Thau Lagoon and Mont Saint-Clair - an ideal setting to enjoy the scenery and the surrounding tranquility.
The house can accommodate up to four people and features a pleasant living area including a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer, hob), a living room, and a lounge with a sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi. This opens onto the terrace where you can enjoy meals, relax, and soak up the sun.
The sleeping area is located on the floor below, accessible via an internal staircase, and comprises two small bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate WC, offering a simple and practical layout.
This property is ideal for travelers seeking authenticity, tranquility, and a direct connection to the pond, in a unique setting where the view and natural surroundings make all the difference.
Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking property. Linens are not provided. During the heating season, an additional charge will be applied for your energy consumption during your stay and will be payable on-site on the day of your departure (based on the electricity meter reading). Parties are not permitted in the house. Good. Not wheelchair accessible.
