View-through apartment, located in the heart of downtown Sète, 2 min from Les Halles de Sète, close to shops (bakeries, grocery stores, boutiques) and restaurants. A 20' walk from Sète train station and 25' from the beaches (bus line 5).
Part of the apartment is on the street side, and part overlooks a green inner courtyard. Sleeps 4 to 6 people.

The apartment comprises :
- A first bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers;
- A second bedroom with a 2-person sofa-bed, a chest of drawers and a mezzanine (h = 1.10m), itself equipped with a 2-person bed;
- A bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin, bathroom furniture and WC; - A living room with corner sofa and hexagonal dining table,
- Kitchen with induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, oven, pressure cooker, washing machine;
- An entrance hall with a small storage area containing an iron and ironing board, and a clothesline.
- Balcony on street side. Some finishing touches (baseboards, paint) are planned by the owners.
