Emma Charrin and Olivier Muller are exhibiting at the Étang de Thau Museum
From 19 September, the Étang de Thau Museum presents ‘Des Spectres à la plage ’, an exhibition resulting from a three-week artist-in-residence programme held in July and August 2026 between Sète and the Étang de Thau. It brings together Emma Charrin, a photographer and visual artist, and Olivier Muller, a choreographer and visual artist.
As part of their project ‘Des Rives – Provisoire’, the two artists explored the shores of the Thau lagoon to create an exhibition that is both visual and auditory, where artistic creation engages in dialogue with documentary.
This project illustrates the museum’s ambition: committed to showcasing heritage, it also invites contemporary artists to imagine the future face of a rapidly changing region.
