On Saturday, October 31, 2026, Halloween takes over downtown M%E8ze with an afternoon and evening of entertainment for the whole family on the Yves Pi%E9trasanta Esplanade. You’ll shiver in the haunted house, dance at the costume ball, sample the participants’ pumpkin soups, and enjoy the activities organized by the merchants on Town Hall Square. The Best Pumpkin Soup Contest Starting at 4:30 p.m., participants will prepare their soup on-site (registration required). At 6:30 p.m., you’ll taste the soups and cast your vote: the public is the sole judge, and a winner will be chosen. Haunted House and Vampire Ball Starting at 5:00 p.m., the most daring visitors can step inside the haunted house. %C0 At 5:30 p.m., the vampire costume ball takes over the bandstand, complete with music and candy giveaways.
