The Piano-Tiroir, a new concert hall in the Bassin de Thau, is positioned as a structuring venue for cultural life in the region, and as a local facility with a strong influence on the Bassin. With a generalist program for all audiences, defined by a focus on young audiences, comedy, music and the visual arts, its mission is to provide a diversified offering for everyone, and to be as close as possible to the audience. At the crossroads of the arts In this facility, you will find : - multi-disciplinary cultural programming, - mediation activities, - participatory workshops, - artists in residence, and encounters with them. You'll also find moments dedicated to amateur practice, always intimate and close to you. Piano-Tiroir is for everyone, solo or family, from the youngest to the oldest. With a 200-seat auditorium, a "galerie des pas perdus" for exhibitions, and a residency room to support artistic creation, the Piano-Tiroir is dedicated to art - all the arts. Host to several cultural associations The Piano-Tiroir is also home to the ActeCulture music school, which occupies most of the second floor, in premises acoustically adapted to musical practice. Several rooms are also dedicated to the activities and practices of Balaruc?s cultural associations. In addition to the music school, the Piano-Tiroir is also home to the "Art'Sociation" association, which runs drawing and painting classes for adults. The "Ah bon?" school and its 6-10 year-old section, which offers Saturday morning classes, is also in the spotlight. Lovers of the Piano-Tiroir can also meet up for a convivial moment, around the shows it programs and enjoy the encounters created by this mix of audiences.
