Climb aboard the Bleu Marin and set sail to discover the world of shellfish farming with a professional. The boat travels to specially designed production facilities at the heart of the farm. The submerged strings of oysters and mussels are removed from the water mechanically and displayed for everybody to see. The captain is an oyster farmer and enjoys talking about his profession.
