Description
Sheep's milk straight from Lozère
The company Lait Délices de Lozère was founded in 2021 by Martine Masseguin, a sheep farmer based in Pelouse, a town in the Causses de Lozère region. Its business: the marketing and sale of agricultural products, particularly artisanal ice cream made from the fresh milk of her sheep.
A retail location in Sète since December 2024
Lait Délices de Lozère opened a second location in Sète in December 2024, located on Rue des Marines de Saint-Clair—in the heart of the Corniche neighborhood. A unique destination in the Thau Basin, where artisanal ice cream made with Lozère sheep’s milk meets the flavors and light of the Mediterranean.
