Don't hesitate, come and satisfy your curiosity and meet Loïc Dubuc, a passionate craftsman, in his workshop in Mèze. He'll share his trade secrets with you in themed workshops, and help you create a syrup to suit your taste. For one morning, perhaps with family or friends, you can play the syrup-making apprentice and leave with a bottle of your own creation. Reservations can be made directly on our website.
