The family manages the Cigales du Rec estate, where trees of the aglandau, olivière, verdale de l'Hérault, bouteillan, lucques, picholines and frantoio varieties grow. All their olive oils are single-variety, fruité vert and fruité noir.

Varietal oils, preparations flavored with the colors of the South, fruit and vegetable pulp vinegars, tapenades, jams made with natural products... everything is produced using traditional recipes, from products grown by the family or carefully selected.
