4. Markets and market halls

A key part of local life, the markets and market halls of the Thau Archipelago set the pace for the week and reflect the region’s abundance. Colourful stalls, greengrocers, fishermen, shellfish farmers and food artisans come together in a lively atmosphere, where the seasons are reflected in the baskets. A sensory interlude, ideal for preparing meals, picking up a few specialities and getting a feel for the destination.
