Six themes, lots of questions, lots of knowledge and lots of fun.Seeds: observation and tasting of a few unusual ones, e.g. what do you eat from a seed? its shell? e.g. squash, pine nuts, sunflowers; what's the point of these plant protectors?Organic indicator plants: observation, tasting (e.g. nettle, false rocket, plantain), what can we learn about the nature of the soil in which they grow? how to count them, how to recognize some of them? Agriculture: in the Hérault region, what are they? what are the differences between organic and conventional farming, permaculture? Allez on Goûte: an organic and local plant syrup? who is it? what is it for? Fresh plant specimens, observations, recognition, who are they for? olfactory discoveries: blindly using local and emblematic essential oils such as lavender, thyme and laurel.
