Pates levées, puff pastries and briochesSee you on Saturday, October 4 from 10am to 5pm at La Capéchade for a new cooking workshop! Learn the techniques for making your future pastries and brioches. On October 4, first thing in the morning, we'll prepare the dough and let it "grow" over a shared lunch.
