Starring Pio Marma%EF, Ana%EFs Demoustier, and Gilles Lellouche, the film tells the story of the unexpected encounter between Antoine Balestro, a young painter who has been suffering from a lack of inspiration since his wife’s death, and Suzanne, a resourceful carnival worker who has unwittingly become an improvised medium. Amid imposters, fake spiritualism, and budding romance, *La Vénus Électrique* blends humor, romance, and fantasy in an elegant and poetic atmosphere.
