Gabriel GALTIER, musician and art history enthusiast, will be on hand at the piano on Saturday October 18th from 10am to 12pm and from 4pm to 6pm, in the Church of Saint-Hippolyte, for a musical session, with free admission and free listening. These choices will feed into the concert on Sunday October 19th at 6 p.m., which will be illuminated by candlelight.small tables will be set up in the Church with magazines and books. Visitors will be able to listen freely, slip in and out discreetly, or settle down to read.A varied repertoire ranging from works by tango music icons such as Carlos Gardel and Astor Piazzolla, to classical operas by Tchaikovsky, compositions by Claude Debussy and Georges Bizet, and more contemporary music by Michel Legrand and Serge Gainsbourg.The event is free and open to all. A donation box will be set up for the occasion, and anyone wishing to make a donation is welcome to do so. Funds raised during the concerts will go towards cultural initiatives at Saint-Hippolyte Church (concerts, artistic mediation, exhibitions, etc.).
