Inaugurated in May 2014, the Musée de la Mer is the latest of five museums in the city of Sète. This balcony overlooking the Mediterranean, with its clean lines in homage to Le Corbusier of the 1920s, is located between the Théâtre de la Mer and the Cimetière Marin. It retraces the history of the port of Sète since the 18th century and houses a magnificent collection of model boats.
