From mid-February to early November you can discover the treasures of the Etang de Thau lagoon with a former oyster farmer and enjoy a 55-minute visit to the oyster and mussel farms with commentary by the captain. After pointing out some geographical details, he will recount the history of shellfish farming and explain the methods used today with the help of his slide show.
