The chapel was built in 1656 (according to an 1844 commemorative plaque found in the nave). The facade is in the classical style, quite sober with high openings. Only the door frame, which is not monumental, is worked. It is adorned with diamond-cut stones and surmounted by a niche carved with a shell, which at the time housed a statue of the Virgin Mary.
