Let us introduce you to Zio (?uncle? in Italian), the restaurant?s Zio is Serge, yes yes, he really is Damien?s uncle (the owner of the restaurant), an atypical character and he really is Italian. He's also the one who gave Damien the passion and desire to do the job he loves so much. He's also the one who inspired this new project, this restaurant! As you can see, it's also him (or rather his profile) on the logo. As you'll have gathered, this restaurant serves Med-Italian cuisine. It was Zio, Damien?s uncle, who inspired him to try Italian cuisine.
