La Cave de Pomerols, founded in 1932, has been steadily adapted and updated over time. Following the merger with the Castelnau-de-Guers winery in 2003 and the Mèze winery in 2007, the vineyards of Vins de la Famille de Beauvignac now cover 1,600 hectares, and the cooperative incorporates 350 winegrowers. They are true artisans passionate about their rich and varied terroir, where their expertise is expressed in authentic wines whose quality is recognised through numerous prestigious awards every year. A range of nectars is on offer, surprising and captivating the most discerning of taste buds: Languedoc AOP, with its aromatic complexity, semi-sweet Côtes de Thau, round and generous Pays d’Oc IGP Chardonnays, festive and fruity Viognier, summery and bright Grenache Rosé, elegant and silky Syrah, as well as the unmistakable hallmark Picpoul de Pinet AOP – this vivid, fresh and fruity white wine is ideally paired with the seafood produced around the Bassin de Thau.
