Delivered at the end of 2021, it is located on the second floor with elevator of a small 3-storey residence in the Taurus district of Mèze, facing the Etang de Thau, with a beautiful view of the yacht club harbor (Taurus) and Mont Saint Clair in Sète. Facing south, the terrace is protected from the prevailing north-easterly wind.

We are private individuals. It's also our vacation apartment, and we've decorated and equipped it with care. We look forward to welcoming you and hope you will feel as comfortable here as we do.

The living area is 54 m2 . A 30 m2 terrace, tiled in imitation wood, gives this space a very pleasant marine atmosphere. Direct, unobstructed view of the pond, with the sea in the distance. Minimum 7-day rental.
