Description
Held since 2015 in Marseillan (during the month of October), this convivial event celebrates a species that is typical of our region, yet very little known: the eel. Eels are cooked and eaten on the spot (Provençal style, marbled, in bourride, in ravioles) or to take away (in both cases, payment can be made directly to either the producer or the vendor). A 6? ticket (redeemable on site) entitles the holder to three "wine tastings". 2.50 for 1 tasting only (discounted with SAM?Pass card).Various events punctuate this gourmet day (from 10am to 9pm):- horse-drawn carriage ride- demonstration of traditional eel smoking,- boat trip?
