Set out for a day of exploration in the land of the Truffe du Moulin, at the Moulin de Juffet in Montbazin, in the heart of the Thau Basin. Combining the land, expertise, and culinary delights, you’ll discover the world of the black truffle (Tuber melanosporum), from the truffle farm to your plate. * What to Expect You’ll be welcomed with a cup of coffee, then you’ll tour the truffle farm. You’ll experience truffle hunting alongside a truffle-hunting dog. You’ll share an aperitif while learning about truffle preservation. You’ll enjoy a meal featuring local specialties and truffles.
