A breathtaking view from the Mont St Clair, the Mediterranean as a backdrop, the blue of the sea as decoration... an incomparable setting, the Coquerie it starts like that! A well-kept interior, large bay windows, a privileged terrace: "right by the sea, a stone's throw from the blue waves", as the poet would say. It breathes, it is luminous, at La Coquerie, the kitchen is central, physically, gustatory, at the centre of all the attentions, it is fresh, greedy, tasty, friendly... The galley is an intimate setting: because places are limited, but above all because it feels like home! Intimate, but not intimidating, no fuss, we want to be welcoming: open kitchen, wine of friends, the meeting is made on the end of the table, as in the hollow of the plate.
