The Guinguette at the water's edge .. Welcome to a place conducive to daydreaming, in our warm establishment with its breathtaking view of the Thau Lagoon. We took over this institution of Balaruc-les-Bains in 2017, and put forward the products of the sea and the soil in the card. In addition to our shellfish, treat yourself to our mythical Macaronade de la mer, our aïoli Guinguette, our generous fish and meat over a wood fire, or our numerous regional specialities. From now on, the Guinguette has a Wine Bar, rich in excellent finds from regional producers. Planks of cold cuts and good little tapas to whet the appetite of the greediest.
