Our family-run business has been operating in the traditional way since 1983. Our oysters and mussels are raised on ropes. This technique, which has been practiced for decades, is part of our local cultural heritage. We make our oyster ropes by hand, without the aid of machinery, to ensure the highest quality work. We don't import shellfish from other countries, so we can guarantee local, 100% French production.
