All year round, shellfish farmers Karine & Yvan Caussel share their profession with groups, individuals, families and school children by appointment at their farmhouse, overlooking the Thau Lagoon at Mèze. Visitors have a guided tour followed by a tasting session or lunch break, with a mixture of raw or cooked shellfish. Seminars are catered for in a room with panoramic views.
