Les demoiselles Dupuy were created in 1993 in Bouzigues by Gilles Marie Dupuy, painter and architect. He became an oyster farmer in Bouzigues hoping to have a life closer to nature. He created an oyster farmhouse under Moresque architectural influence. A kind of small paradise, where work becomes pleasure and passion. This place becomes a meeting place where it is good to taste these sea products. Later, his son Romain will join him to continue this exploitation. Then in order to develop the marketing of oysters, Gilles Dupuy created the restaurant "Les Demoiselles Dupuy", a fisherman's hut on the canal side a few steps away from the fish auction and later the "guinguette" "Les Demoiselles Dupuy" a farmhouse run by Romain.
