Guided tours are organized to introduce you to each stage of our farming process. They end with a taste of our oysters. Sharing our know-how is essential to our family: passing on the values of our profession, introducing visitors to the uniqueness of the Etang de Thau and introducing them to the subtle taste of our oysters. Before they reach your plate, they are raised and "pampered" using a special technique: suspended rope farming. Come and discover this unique farming method in the Mediterranean during one of our guided tours. Our oyster varieties...? Tasting oysters offers a festival of flavors and the taste of the sea in your mouth. As with wine, the taste of oysters differs according to location, currents and maturity.
