Local Fork: Committed Res'thaurateurs

Eating locally means savouring the Thau Archipelago in all its authenticity.

Mediterranean seafood, oysters and mussels from the Thau Lagoon, wines and vineyards… our destination is brimming with gastronomic treasures. To showcase these on your plates, the Tourist Office has launched the“Fourchette Locale” initiative, a scheme recognising restaurants that prioritise short supply chains and cuisine rooted in their local area.

Welcome to a destination awardedthe “Green Destinations” and“Vineyards and Discoveries” labels.

Here, you can enjoy the experience of sustainable and responsible tourism.“Fourchette Locale” is the practical embodiment of this: every participating restaurant sources its produce from local producers within a 100 km radius, prioritises seasonal produce, showcases Mediterranean expertise and adopts environmentally friendly practices.

A simple, transparent and verifiable commitment. To obtain the label, establishments must meet mandatory criteria. Choosing one of these committed restaurants means supporting local producers, reducing the carbon footprint of your meal… and enjoying a delicious meal with a clear conscience.

Discover below the restaurants that have signed the charter and share our values.
