Description
Domaine du Mas Rouge is located on the unique site of Aresquiers, in Vic la Gardiole, between Montpellier and Sète.
Acquired in 1997, the property is gradually rising from the ashes. The restoration of the buildings, vinification cellar, tasting room and reception room is a happy combination of respect for the traditional setting and contemporary equipment.
Protected from sea winds by the great Bois des Aresquiers and from the mistral by the Gardiole hills, the vineyards receive optimal sunshine (300 days / year). Old alluvium and limestone gravel soils almost exclusively produce Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, through white wines that range from dry to dessert wines.
