Les 3 Mazets is an estate in natural viticulture on living soil. It is certified organic since its creation in 2016. Agroecology is practiced, the goal is both to produce healthy and natural grapes, and to implement means to respect the logical cycle of biology, revive soil life, generate biodiversity, protection of water resources and carbon sequestration. Currently with this approach and thanks to the know-how of a fine piloting on the vines, the latter are maintained in good health. The domain is managed on 6ha with this approach of viticulture on living soil, to produce wines and table grapes.
