The Miramar Villa

Overlooking the Mediterranean and with the Thau Lagoon behind it, this is the setting that awaits you at Villa Miramar! Located in Frontignan, this exceptional guest house, awarded 5 stars by Gîtes de France, offers four bedrooms and a unique treehouse, all with sea views, as well as a range of services and facilities to ensure your stay is both luxurious and unforgettable.

For example, you can enjoy the 17-metre-long heated infinity pool for a swim before sipping a cocktail on the sun-drenched terrace, or opt for the jacuzzi. It is even possible, on request, to have the jacuzzi all to yourself with a sea view.

Other top-of-the-range benefits include direct access to Frontignan beach and the beach service provided, breakfast, massages, private parking, and the 2,500 m² botanical garden…

The Tarbouriech Estate

Over in Marseillan, another equally idyllic setting awaits you! Nestled between vineyards and the lagoon, this former “folie” – complete with its old wine storehouse – has plenty to offer.

Let Sabine and Florent show you around once you’ve settled into one of the rooms, suites, lodges or cottages at this family-run estate. And don’t forget to pack your swimwear so you can enjoy the swimming pool (heated from winter through to summer) – over 25 metres long – and the spa housed in the wine cellar’s old vats.

After a delightful massage using specially polished and heated Tarbouriech oyster shells, come and savour their flavours in the estate’s restaurant or at the Les Nacres oyster bar.

The Marcel

In Sète, The Marcel combines breathtaking views of the Canal Royal from its six artist suites for an unforgettable stay. The hotel recommends three must-visit spots where you can treat your taste buds and enjoy a gastronomic experience.

In a revamped and rejuvenated Art Deco style, where luxury and well-being reign supreme, let your heart choose between the various aparthotels named after artists or festivals that are long-standing partners of The Marcel. And why not extend this cultural and historical interlude at The Rio restaurant located below, where chef Denis Martin elevates gourmet cuisine with an ambitious daily artistic programme: exhibitions, screenings, concerts, performances and DJ sets.

Don’t hesitate to visit the Michelin-starred restaurant The Marcel to elevate your culinary experience with local Sète specialities, or head straight to Les Halles de Sète for a more relaxed atmosphere.

Émilie's table

In the heart of Marseillan harbour, in a listed building, the sweet, mouth-watering aromas waft out… Welcome to Émilie’s table! Recognised by “Tables et Auberges de France”, this must-visit spot in the Thau Archipelago showcases local produce through top-class French gourmet cuisine.

On the menu:

Starters: warm and cold butternut squash cannelloni, goat’s cheese nougat and poached free-range egg; special Tarbouriech No. 3 pink oysters, fresh haddock parmentier and green lentil caviar from Puy-en-Velay…
Main courses: pigeon from Mr Hubert Hiliès’s Coulonnière, braised leg of pigeon with béatille stuffing and reduced jus; roasted red seabream served bouillabaisse-style, octopus, mussels and melt-in-the-mouth potatoes…
For dessert: hazelnuts in all their forms, fresh and cooked figs; cocoa spindle, creamy chocolate with a raspberry and lavender centre, and Earl Grey tea sorbet…

The highlight of Émilie’s restaurant:the décor! In a calm and friendly atmosphere, you’ll never tire of its historic vaulted dining room, its more contemporary dining room and, in fine weather, its patio or terrace.

In Fine

For a“complete”dining experience that combines a feast for the palate with a feast for the eyes, In Fine in Frontignan is the place to book. Its watchword: flavour! This is how chef Grégory Doucet showcases his expertise through an open-plan kitchen, whilst his team uses fresh produce grown or produced within 200 km of Frontignan (90%). The restaurant was also recognised in 2020 by the renowned Gault & Millau guide.

That’s why we invite you to come and discover it, along with its skilful balance between regional cuisine and modernity. Over three or six courses, you can, for example, sample: a perfect creamy egg with mushrooms and a bacon emulsion, Arctic char served with squash, cabbage and cromesquis made with aged Rodez cheese and black rice, pear for dessert, a thin apple tart…

At Lanchois

With a focus on fish and produce fresh from the water, Chez Lanchois is a fisherman’s bistro that seamlessly combines gourmet cuisine with breathtaking views of the Thau lagoon. The restaurant welcomes you, right by the water’s edge on the Thau Lagoon, from April to October.

On your plate, you can look forward to:

Starters: Vietnamese soup with Iberian pork tapilla, mackerel & Tuscan bacon; grilled sardines, marinated in dill & sauce vierge with artisanal Italian chorizo…
Main courses: chicken with Asian flavours wrapped in banana leaf, tofu & rice vermicelli, prawn tempura with squid ink & turmeric, avocado; fillet of gilthead seabream, wakame seaweed, sushi rice, cold melon soup…
For dessert: chocolate ganache with Espelette pepper, crème brûlée with orange blossom and matcha tea, a selection of mature cheeses and fig jam…

The Arrival

Awarded a Michelin star in 2023, L’Arrivage and its chef Jordan Yuste offer creative cuisine not far from the market halls of Sète. The menu is full of surprises! Guests enjoy a blind tasting with a single aim: to rediscover the everyday ingredients. All you have to do is let yourself be guided and trust the chef. On your plate, you’ll find organic, local, high-quality Mediterranean ingredients that will delight your taste buds.
