Shellfish farms

Start your day on the shores of the Thau lagoon.

Discover the expertise of the oyster farms, where oysters are farmed with passion. Some farms offer tastings (depending on the season) or a shop where you can take home these local treasures.

Tip:Stop off at the Étang de Thau Ethnographic Museum to learn more about shellfish farming.

Honey

In the Thau Archipelago, age-old expertise is passed down through the production of honey derived from the rich local flora.
